Goal:
Provide data-driven strategies for Rockbuster Stealth's transition from brick-and-mortar to a global online video-on-demand service.
Business Problem:
Compete with digital giants like Netflix and Amazon Prime by leveraging existing film licenses and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the digital launch strategy.
My Role & Process:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Used SQL to extract and Python/Pandas to clean customer, film, and sales data
- Exploratory Analysis: Analyzed sales trends and customer demographics to find initial patterns
